Cape Canaveral, FL April 19, 2004 -- Frank Crivello, Chairman, Marine Growth Ventures, Inc. (MGV) announced it entered into an agreement with TD Ventures, LLC to explore a business combination to provide gulf freight transportation between Corpus Christi, Texas and ports in Mexico.
MGV Chairman Frank P. Crivello stated: We are excited to work with TD Ventures, LLC on the exciting new opportunities to provide freight transportation between Texas and Mexico. As well, we are exploring combined freight, vehicle, and passenger vessel services too.
